To ensure your absolute confidence, we offer the option to inspect and try on your items upon delivery in the presence of our courier. Should the piece not meet your expectations, you may return it immediately with the courier, and only the shipping fees will apply.
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:
- Product Condition: The item must be in its original, pristine condition (unworn, unwashed, and free of any scents, perfumes, or makeup marks).
- Packaging & Labels: The item must be returned in its original packaging (Dust Bag), with all original tags and brand identification labels intact and attached to the piece.
House of Eros & Psyche reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration. Each returned piece undergoes a rigorous quality inspection before approval.
Refunds (excluding shipping fees) will be processed via the original payment method or bank transfer within [7-14] business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

:يمكنكم طلب استبدال أو استرجاع المنتج خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط الالتزام بالمعايير التالية
.حالة المنتج: يجب أن تكون القطعة في حالتها الأصلية (غير مستخدمة، لم يتم غسلها، وبدون أي رائحة عطر أو آثار للمكياج) -
.التغليف والملحقات: يجب إعادة المنتج في تغليفه الأصلي (الحقيبة القماشية)، مع وجود كافة الملصقات والبطاقات التعريفية الملحقة بالقطعة -
.إثبات الشراء: يجب إرفاق فاتورة الشراء الأصلية -
يحتفظ House of Eros & Psyche بالحق في رفض طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال إذا تبين أن المنتج قد تعرض للتلف، أو تم استخدامه، أو فقد قيمته الأصلية نتيجة سوء التداول. يتم فحص كل قطعة بدقة من قبل فريق الجودة لدينا فور عودتها.
في حالة الاسترجاع، يتم رد المبلغ المدفوع (باستثناء مصاريف الشحن) عبر نفس وسيلة الدفع الأصلية أو تحويل بنكي، وذلك في غضون [7-14] أيام عمل من تاريخ قبول المنتج المسترجع.
