We didn't set out to build a brand; we set out to capture a heartbeat. As founders, our journey mirrored the tasks of Psyche herself—a relentless pursuit of the "extraordinary." House of Eros & Psyche is the convergence of two distinct yet complementary forces, founded by Reem Ali and Atef Karam.

After years of decoding the fashion industry's DNA through their content marketing firm Baed, they stepped in to redefine the "Smart Casual" gap with a brand built on both data and divinity.

A seasoned Senior Marketing Leader (8+ years), Reem brings a rare blend of entrepreneurial ownership and proven global expertise to the House. Having scaled brands across 8 countries and secured a portfolio of 25+ international clients, she operates at the intersection of structural precision and market growth.

Her mission is to ensure that House of Eros & Psyche isn't just a label, but a scalable, world-class luxury experience. By applying data-driven frameworks to the world of high-end fashion, Reem ensures that every collection meets the highest standards of excellence—from the first sketch to the final global delivery.

Atef Karam | COO

The bridge between the ancient myth and modern execution, Atef serves as the House’s Chief Operating Officer (COO).

With a robust background as a Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), Atef is a master of the "Commercial Deal" and customer psychology. He brings a strategic, results-driven edge to the brand’s operations, ensuring that the House’s vision is executed with absolute precision, from the first stitch to the final delivery.

But Atef’s strategic mind is fueled by an ancient flame. A dedicated scholar of History, he is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Greco-Roman History. His lifelong fascination with Greek Mythology is what makes him a master storyteller; he doesn't just manage operations, he curates the "Soul" of the brand. At House of Eros & Psyche, Atef ensures that every operational decision is grounded in history and philosophically resonant, transforming the brand’s heritage into a Living Legend.
